Terms and Conditions: Liberty Win 1 of 8 x $1,000 Fuel Vouchers Promotion
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Liberty Oil Convenience Pty Ltd (ABN: 98 629 547 682), located at 381 Tooronga Road, Hawthorn East, VIC 3123 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
* **Start Date:** 2:30 PM AWST on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.
* **End Date:** 11:59 PM AWST on Wednesday, 7 October 2026.
* Entries received outside this period will not be eligible. The promotion duration does not exceed 12 months, in accordance with WA trade promotion lottery conditions.
3. Eligibility to Enter
* Entry is open to residents of Western Australia who are aged 18 years or older.
* Employees of the Promoter, its associated retail fuel stations, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
* Entries are limited to one per person, per transaction. Multiple entries of the same transaction will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
* Entry into the competition is free.
* To qualify, eligible participants must purchase any store products from Liberty Oil Busselton service station over the amount of $5 during the Promotion Period. Tobacco products, cigarette cartons, and related smoking accessories are strictly excluded from this promotion and do not qualify as an eligible purchase for entry.
* No additional fee, premium, or hidden cost is charged to enter the promotion beyond the standard retail price of the fuel purchase.
* To register the entry, participants must scan via the QR code on their receipt or visit the official promotional landing page online (https://www.libertyconvenience.com.au/busselton-free-fuel/) and complete the entry form with their name, email, phone number, and a photo or details of their valid fuel receipt.
5. Prize Details and Prize Pool
* The total prize pool is valued at **$8,000 AUD**.
* There are eight (8) individual prizes to be won.
* Each prize consists of one (1) **$1,000 Liberty Fuel Voucher**.
* Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw Details and Winner Selection
* The winners will be selected via a random electronic draw.
* The draw will take place at the Promoter’s head office (381 Tooronga Road, Hawthorn East, VIC 3123) at 11:00 AM AWST – Winners drawn each week beginning 19/08/2026 concluding 14/10/2026
* In strict compliance with WA regulations, the draw will occur within one (1) month of the competition closing.
* The first eight (8) valid entries drawn at random will win the respective prizes.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
* Winners will be notified by email or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
* The names of the winners will be published online on the official Liberty website and will remain accessible for a minimum period of 28 days.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
* If a prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months from the original draw date, a second random draw will be conducted at the same place and time as the original draw on Wednesday, 13 January 2027 to award the prize to a backup runner-up. The new winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days.
9. Privacy and Information Collection
* By entering this promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information to conduct the lottery, notify winners, and publish winner details as required by law.
* All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is accessible via the official Liberty website.
10. General Conditions
* The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and self-qualifying retail receipts.
* This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Western Australia *Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987* trade promotion lottery conditions, and the *Australian Consumer Law*.
